Manufacturing Defect
If the belt has a manufacturing defect, then once inspected by the returns department, we will either ship you a replacement belt or give you a full refund, depending on your preference.
Anything else ($5 restocking fee)
If you have ordered the wrong colour or size, or just don't want the belt, then please return the belt to us via the details above, be sure to put a note in the package. We will refund you minus the $5 restocking fee as long as the belt is in the same condition as your received it.
Customs Charges
Sometimes there can be custom charges, but it varies and they are on a country to country (Or state) basis and depend on the size of the order, and will be billed directly to you via the courier. This is not something we control or deal with.
Failed Deliveries & Refused Orders
Please be aware that if an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, re-attempts at delivery are failed, or a belt is refused because of custom charges. When we receive the order back, we will refund in full minus the shipping cost. This is because we are charged by the shipping companies for orders to be returned. Please be aware that we lose the payment for shipping out and have to pay for the order to be returned, we cannot be liable for all this cost.
Please note: If the belt has been used/trained in, we will not be able to accept the belt back for a refund or swap (Unless it's a manufacturing defect). The belt must be as new when returning to us, and in the original black bag it was sent.
